Bruce is the founder and chairman of Aegis Management Limited. He oversees strategies and development decisions of Aegis, assists in formulating professional opinions in international investigation, and supervises large-scale investment due diligence projects.

Prior to founding Aegis Management, Bruce served as the marketing director of South China and Southeast Asia in an international consulting company. Bruce has over 20 years of experience in the consulting and investigation industry.

Bruce holds a bachelor's degree in international trading from Sun Yat-sen University and a master's degree in international political relations from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He served as a senior director at the Council of International Investigators, a senior director at the International Public Management Association for Human Resources, a standing director at the Guangdong Human Resource Management Association, a vice chairman of the Guangdong Credit Association, and a standing director at the Guangdong Entrepreneur Association.
