Benson has 25 years of experience in the investigation industry. He is currently a senior partner of Aegis. Based in Guangzhou, Benson leads the team in mainland China to conduct business in Greater China, including pre-investment and pre-IPO due diligence, and pre-employment reputational investigation of senior executives.

Before joining Aegis, Benson served as an operation director at an international risk consulting company. He has rich project management experience in finance, new energy, Internet, retail, real estate, logistics, biotechnology, and other industries.

Benson served as a visiting professor at China Academy of Management Science (credit management major). He graduated with a bachelor's degree in international finance from South China Agricultural University. He is proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
