Ben is the chief operational officer of Aegis Management. Before joining Aegis Management, Ben served as a director of business intelligence at an international risk consulting company and led a Greater China due diligence team of a Hong Kong-based compliance company, managing due diligence and third-party screening programs that focused on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), as well as fraud and corruption investigation programs, targeted at multinational clients. Previously, Ben served as a senior research analyst at one of the largest public organizations (the Hong Kong Jockey Club) in Hong Kong, helping manage its internal screening program. In addition, Ben also worked for two international compliance due diligence service providers in Hong Kong.

Ben has over 18 years of experience in due diligence, business intelligence and investigations in emerging markets, particularly Greater China. He has been responsible for developing, overseeing, and managing projects in the North Asia region, with a focus on business interest investigations, business intelligence, due diligence, competitors intelligence, background checks, as well as all aspects of compliance consulting and problem-solving.
